A Finalist in the category of Renovation of the Year at the Scottish Home Awards 2016, our Baberton Loan development is one of our largest to date. We converted an old, redbrick paper mill in the conservation village of Juniper Green into six stunning contemporary townhouses.

Situated in a secluded woodland setting on the banks of the picturesque Water of Leith, we selected an ultra-modern design that breathed new life into this neglected old industrial building, transforming it into six, light-filled homes that are truly unique. Preserving the functional simplicity of the original design, we combined modern features with an exceptional specification to create homes that exude contemporary elegance.
